Pedro Reissig

PedroReissigPedro Reissig’s goal is to better relate form to structure in food design in order to improve food products’ process, travel, store and consume. His strategy is rooted in techno-morphology, the path which has led him to open his design studio and company. He is currently working with design and architecture students helping them integrate form and structure using readily available technologies and materials, as found in the kitchen, making the learning projects fun and accessible.
