Veronica Fossa is a workplace food designer, and founder of workplace food consultancy WE Factory andMeal at Work

WE Factory is a workplace food consultancy and learning hub. They create Millennial-proof concepts, formats, and tools around eating and food culture that enable collaboration, and nurture community, creativity, and well-being in the workplace.

Veronica is an Italian social entrepreneur, a workplace food designer, a catalyst for business well-being, a writer, a public speaker and a facilitator. She’s currently developing Meal at Work, a campaign to raise awareness about the importance of food culture in the workplace for employees’ quality of life and well-being and writing a book on food at work. Previously, she has worked on projects related to experience design, urbanism, and culinary culture in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Iceland, and Russia. In 2017 she was recognized an Emerging Young Social Innovator by Ashoka. Veronica is a graduate in Economics of Entertainment at Jönköping International Business School in Sweden and Design Management at Aalto University in Finland, and holds a degree in Culture Management at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, Italy.
