Davide Scabin is one of the most creative and explorative chefs in the world. He has experimented dishes that go out of the plate and into a bookshelf, he has been the first chef in the world to serve laughs for dinner and he constantly surprises with dishes that recreate a particular atmosphere. He has been the first chef to see the future of food and culinary art in the collaboration between chefs and designers. He says that the Food Designer is half chef and half designer, because the combination of their knowledge is the only way to pursue research in the food industry.
